How To Help

Our members have done some amazing fundraisers over the years - Beef On A Bun sales, Labour Day At The Lake concerts, Craft Sales, Bottle Drives.... Every little bit helps. If you have any ideas or want to organize a fundraiser please get in touch with us at info@skeletonlake.com with the details of your proposal.

From time to time we ask our members to help us out by writing to politicians, newspapers and others. During such a a letter writing campaign we will list contact information, background information and sample letters on this page. At the current time we do not have a letter writing campaign underway.

Anyone over 18 years of age can be a member of SLSA. All you need is an interest in or love of Skeleton Lake. County residents, Village of Boyle residents, occasional users of the lake, cottagers, campers or just someone that spent time on the lake as a child or attended the Skeleton Lake Scout Camp once upon a time are all welcome. If you have a particular skill, knowledge or background that would be beneficial to SLSA please contact us. We need people with administrative and government relations skills right now but any and all volunteer efforts are welcome.
